Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

RITE37° ships worldwide.
However, shipping may be restricted to certain countries or regions due to local customs regulations, carrier restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The above estimates apply after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, local carrier conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

• South Korea: KRW 3,000
• Free domestic shipping: Orders over KRW 200,000
• International orders: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

4. DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may be collected separately by local customs authorities or shipping carriers. The amount of such charges varies according to the destination country’s regulations and cannot be calculated or controlled by RITE37° in advance. If an order is returned or abandoned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges, any refund may be reduced by applicable return shipping costs and other expenses incurred in connection with the shipment, subject to applicable law. Customers are encouraged to review their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

5. DISPATCH TIMES

• In-stock items: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Pre-order items: Estimated dispatch dates will be stated on the relevant product page and during checkout.

6. TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

RITE37° is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Address changes may only be requested before an order has been dispatched.

PRE-ORDER NOTICE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (Applies to orders from September–October 2026)

RITE37°’s products are available on a pre-order basis. Production will begin based on the final quantity of confirmed orders received during the pre-order period.

• Pre-order period: September 18, 2026 – October 11, 2026
• Estimated production start: October 13, 2026
• Estimated dispatch date: mid-October

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to applicable laws.
Once production has commenced, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due solely to a change of mind may be restricted where permitted by applicable law and where the required prior notice and customer consent have been obtained. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description or advertising.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Production and dispatch may be delayed due to material availability, manufacturing circumstances, or other unforeseen production-related factors. If the estimated dispatch date is significantly delayed, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
